Life after the programme

What we will always be

Honest with you from day one

On remission

Remission is realistic for some people — particularly those diagnosed recently and not on insulin. For others, excellent glucose management is the right goal. We will tell you which applies to you, based on your actual situation.

On medication

Medication is not a failure. It is a tool. We will help you understand what yours is doing, how to take it correctly, and how to have an informed conversation with your doctor about what comes next.

On quick fixes

There are none. Sustainable habits — not dramatic interventions — are what improve glucose control long term. This programme builds those habits, one week at a time.

On what we are not

This programme does not replace your doctor or pharmacist. It fills the gap between your appointments — with clinical knowledge, personalised guidance, and support whenever you need it.

"Most people with type 2 diabetes receive a diagnosis, a prescription, and a leaflet. This programme exists because that is not enough."

Norfolk Diabetes Support is built by a clinical pharmacist specialising in type 2 diabetes and nutrition. Every piece of content — every curriculum step, every AI response — is grounded in specialist clinical knowledge and genuine care for the people using it.

This is not a generic wellness app. It is a clinical support tool, built by someone who has spent years helping people navigate this condition.

Questions

Frequently asked

I was diagnosed a while ago — is this still for me?

The programme is designed primarily for people newly diagnosed or in the early years of their diagnosis, where the evidence for remission is strongest. If you have had type 2 diabetes for longer, the excellent management track may be more appropriate — and is just as valuable.

What if remission is not realistic for me?

The intake form at the start of the programme assesses your situation honestly — including factors like duration of diagnosis, current medications, and medical history. If remission is unlikely, you will be placed on the excellent management track with warm, honest framing about what that means and what you can achieve.

Does the AI know about my specific medications?

Yes. You provide your medication list in the intake form and it is used throughout the programme to personalise every AI conversation — from dietary advice to medication explanations to exercise guidance.

What happens after 90 days?

Your 90-day programme access ends, but the support does not have to. An ongoing membership is available for continued AI support, glucose logging, and community access. Week 13 covers this transition in detail.

Does this replace my doctor or pharmacist?

No — and we will always be clear about that. This programme fills the gap between your appointments. It provides education, personalised guidance, and 24/7 support. Clinical decisions — medication changes, diagnosis, prescribing — remain with your healthcare team.

I have a coupon code — where do I enter it?

Click the button above and you will be taken to a secure checkout where you can enter your coupon code before payment. If you received a code from a healthcare provider, it will give you full access at no cost.

The first 90 days matter more than any other.

Do not navigate them with a leaflet and a six-week wait for your next appointment. You deserve better than that.
