It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP, diabetes specialist nurse, or other qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your medication, diet, or treatment plan. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
The AI assistant provides general educational information based on the details you provide. It does not have access to your full medical record and cannot replace a clinical consultation.
This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Norfolk Diabetes Support is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
The community forum is intended for mutual support and discussion. Posts are visible to other members under your chosen username. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, lock, or remove any content that we consider inappropriate, harmful, or in breach of these terms. Do not share identifiable personal or medical information about yourself or others that you are not comfortable being seen by other members.
You agree not to use the service to post abusive, harmful, or misleading content, to impersonate any person, to attempt to access another member's account or data, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
